This item is listed as pre-owned and in a usable condition. However, I have never seen a man wear a jacket in this condition.
The Goodwill employees do not go to work with their uniforms containing this many holes. Heck, they do not even have items in such poor condition inside their store. But because they sell it online, they think it's okay not to disclose any of this damage and to take my money.
Shame on you for either being completely fraudulent or, at best, completely lazy and willing to take people's money for items listed in wearable, normal pre-owned condition that looks like this. Keep in mind, this is just the front of the jacket.

Look at this fantastic customer service. They list a suit as a damaged 'Dolce Gabbana suit'.
The suit shows up with a label that reads 'Dolce Ga'n'bana'.
Please see the picture of what the customer service agent said. We will be starting a class-action suit against ShopGoodwill for repeated false advertising and ignoring customer complaints.

Goodwill responded with a genuine interest in resolving the problem of a lost/undelivered package. After being unable to locate the missing delivery, Goodwill gave me a full refund for the item and shipping/handling.

I placed three orders on 15/02/2025. Only one has shown up.
One is stuck in transit. One hasn't been shipped or even responded to two different emails. I am getting very frustrated with this.
It's my first time using this site and will probably be my last. I will not use this site in the future and hope others do not fall for what seems to be a scam.

PROBLEMS NOT ADDRESSED BY SHOPGOODWILL
I have spent thousands of dollars through Shopgoodwill over the years. Starting in November of 2024, I stopped getting notifications of my auction status and was not notified if I was winning or losing three or four auctions. Not allowed to pay

I spent over two hundred dollars for these two todd snyder jacket disclosed as new. The corduroy jacket had a rubberband wrapped around the sleeve so tight it rubbed all the corduroy off on the sleeve making the jacket useless.
The second jacket disclosed as new with tags zero flaws has *** the size of a quarter in it. This is just a scam.
Shopgoodwill could care less that they sell items that are so poorly described it could be considered fraud. Stick with ebay

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I purchased a DB tan pouch wallet from Goodwill of Central & Indiana. They shipped it by FedEx.
It was out for delivery on 10-28-2024, but it never showed up. I called FedEx and they investigated and conducted a search. FedEx stated that my package was lost. FedEx told me I couldn't file a claim, only Goodwill could, so I contacted Goodwill and support@***l.
Both have not responded back. Goodwill has a contract with FedEx, so they are aware of FedEx's rules.
I just want to be refunded $16.69. If this continues, I will not order from them again, even though I have ordered a lot.

2 weeks after my refund my item was delivered!
They told me my item was lost. So I reached out to them and paid again
I waited nine days after I had won an auction before contacting them about the delay in shipping. After I had asked when my order would be shipped, that's when I was told my order was lost and I would be receiving a refund in five business days.
They had my money tied up for over two weeks. They did not contact me about my lost item. Also, for those of you who are wondering, buying stuff on ShopGoodwill is definitely a gamble.
Bid at your own risk, regarding quality, description, errors in size, materials, etc. I have come away with some decent deals for sure, but overall my experience would be rated 2.2 stars.

Preferred solution: If they find my lost item I would like to purchase it again without having to go through the bidding process

My highest bid was 20 dollars, but it was given to someone else for 15.99. It seems really shady.
I spend a lot of money at the store in Salem, VA, through the Shop Goodwill app.
That way, I can pick up and avoid shipping costs. No one will return my calls or answer my online request for attention in this matter.

Whenever I look at a clothing item, the tag indicating the brand/size is generally shown. However, the reverse of the tag, which gives care instructions (machine wash with temperature, hand wash with temperature, dry clean, etc.) is almost never pictured.
I think this is absolutely critical for purchasing a clothing item.
If I have a keen interest, I will contact the store and ask for this information; however about 99% of the time the response is "sorry, we don't have that available."
Providing this should be routine.
