I ordered a Brother sewing lock machine and paid for it on the 4th of July. It is now the 14th of July, and it still hasn't shipped. I've requested a refund, but as of yet, I have received nothing.

I tried to log into my account and an error message appeared. Apparently, someone from Goodwill took it upon themselves to deactivate my account.
I'm requesting that it be reactivated. I should not have to create another email just to create another account with Goodwill.

Goodwill has gotten very sorry about taking care of their buyers. They do not describe the item that is in the picture to the correct ability.
I can see pictures that have damage that they did not describe the item that was damaged. They say they describe it to the best of their abilities. They're not training their employees to be honest and loyal to the customers. They do not want to take the time to type up what's all wrong with it or to test it to see if something is broken or doesn't work properly; they just write 'as is' on some things.
This place is supposed to train employees. The money they get from the things they sell is to train people. They're not even training their own employees correctly.
Why would I support someone that can't even train their employees to do the right thing? You can support them if this is the way you want the world to go on.

I recently purchased a pair of headphones from ShopGoodwill and was shocked to find a $15 shipping charge for a package that weighed just 1.5 pounds. That seemed unusually high, so I contacted customer service to request a copy of the FedEx invoice or any documentation to justify the cost.
To my surprise, not only did customer service claim they couldn't provide proof of the actual shipping cost, they also closed my support tickets without resolving the issue. I followed up again, only to be told they 'could not share that information.' This kind of evasiveness raises serious concerns about pricing transparency and fairness. I understand that nonprofits need to generate revenue to support their missions, and I fully support that, but inflating shipping charges or refusing to substantiate fees with clear documentation is not acceptable. Charging customers excessive shipping under the claim that it comes 'directly from the carrier,' while refusing to show a receipt, borders on deceptive practice.
I expected better from an organization like Goodwill, especially one that promotes helping communities.
This experience left me questioning whether supporting their online platform is worth it. Until they commit to transparency and fair pricing, I'll be shopping elsewhere.

Bid it online said it was a diamond. It's not a diamond.
I tested it. Jewelry tested it. They're telling me it showed in the picture that it's a diamond. It is not a diamond.

What are you talking about? This item is worthless.
I asked them to send me a return label to a different address and they won't do it. Shopgoodwill has turned into a giant scam.

I purchased a Dooney Bourke vtg Essex Green bag set. the crossbody strap on the bag is narrow and dark brown, so after i received this bag, it didn't look right, the strap, so i went on line to see several bags of this color and vtg style, only to find out there bags straps were wider and the color natural that matches the leather on the bag.
which mine doesn't, sp i emailed the customer service site, they said i could send it back on my dime and would refund for the bag set only. i would lose my orignal S & H , i did contact support shopgoodwill, it did no good either. please can you help me get my full refund back.

Verified Buyer |They lie, deceive, manipulate and steal from consumers
Shopgoodwill robs consumers.
1) the postings dont mention all the flaws, nor do the photos show the flaws. As there is a zero return policys, consumers have no recourse if products are covered in human excrement, filthy, broken, damaged or FAKE.
Most items are obviously fakes or inauthentic.
2) its not an auction. Its bid manipulation and thievery.
For example- a consumer bids $151 on a pair of 14k opal earrings. Bidding has 48 hours to go. The first bid is automatic to the starting price of $49.
No one or thing bids. There is 1 minute left. Score! Right?
Wrong. The bidding will all of a sudden go up to $150 and that is what you now must pay for the item.
Another example of bid manipulation: a wooden bowl with turquoise has a starting bid of $39. The consumer bids $56. The same item is $150 on eBay and other resellers.
19 hours left of bidding. No one else bids. With 60 seconds left, the bid is now $57. All bids are now blocked.
Plus the ads cover up the bid now button. The consumer lost the auction in the last minute with no recourse. If shopgoodwill thinks that the bidding is not above the value, some ethereal bidder (or AI or a simple algorithm) will bid $1 over the highest bid and no human wins. The item gets reposted until ???
Some items may not even exist to be sold.
3) shipping fees. For one piece of art, with NO glass, the shipping was 3 times the cost of the piece. Shipping fees are ridiculous. And sometimes they use usps, they use whatever sender they want.
If the item is broken, the consumer has send pictures. But the pictures phones take are too big for their system. Thus, photos must be shrunk or converted to pdfs. The seller ignores the first request and the consumer must resubmit the photos.
And it is the right of shop goodwill to do anything- or not.
4)no customer service. Shop goodwill has an F rating on BBB. Shopgoodwill does not respond to complaints on BBB. Consumers
Have zero recourse through BBB.
5)As there is no customer service and no returns and the bidding is manipulated by shopgoodwill, shopping on shopgoodwill is like flushing money down the toilet and hoping that the septic system will regurgitate clean bills.
6) filters dont work.
If the consumer wants to bid on one location only, the filter does not stay. The consumer may think that they are bidding on a local item that they can pick up. Alas, its not the case, as the filter vanishes. The consumer may be bidding on something with a shipping fee of $60 and the item is 1,000 miles away.
If the consumer wants to keep their account, they have to pay for the item. They can then Donate the item back, and shopgoodwill can sell it again.
7) after 4 weeks of using the site, I was robbed in every way listed. My money is flushed down the toilet and gone forever in the septic system. Oh- I mean it is at shop goodwill!
Dont use the site.
Seriously.
Prices are the same as any online site- but most of those sites have some kind of customer support.
Shop goodwill is the evil site that everyone says that they are.
Stay away. Please, I implore you.

This is what you get from Goodwill Eastern Seals MN when an item is listed in good condition. I counted 41 holes.
One button is missing, and one button is hanging by a thread. When you contact customer service, they are as rude as can be.
This is complete fraud, and I have finally hired an attorney to combat the completely false and fraudulent item descriptions. You do not expect a charity to rip you off and commit fraud.

WRONG BAG STRAP
I purchased a Dooney Bourke purse set, the shoulder strap is narrow and dark brown, I did check on line and compared straps just like the vtg style I purchased, and all of there straps matched the natural caramel leather color and all there straps were wider. So this listing was misrepresented and not described properly.
I would have never Bid on this Dooney set at all, if I only knew a head of time. I did contact the site customer service, they wanted me to send it back on my dime, also no refund on my original S & H, only the refund of the flat price of purse.
So I contacted the head customer support, I got nowhere. SO CAN YOU PLEASE HELP
